How to Order

The easiest way to place an order is to use our online web store. Create an account to save your shipping and billing information and pay by credit card or purchase order. This is a secure encrypted transaction that puts the order directly into our database.

We also accept orders by fax at 866-611-7086, voice at 866-484-3174 and by email sent to sales@oregonrfid.com or europe@oregonrfid.com.

When sending credit card information please include the expiration date and the 3 digit V-Code from the back of the card. We don't recommend sending credit card information by email.

Orders from outside North America are welcome. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment by credit card, wire transfer (our bank info) or a check from a US bank.

Quotes

We can provide formal price quotes upon request. You can also build an order and calculate the total cost including shipping using the online store. It is not necessary to create an account or log in.

Support

Our products require some specialized technical knowledge. Support is included with our readers to help customers build antennas and install their systems. It's not very difficult after the basic principles are understood. A lot of this information is available in our Installation Guide (PDF) and product manuals.
